By accessing this website or completing a booking, you accept these terms in full. See You in Brazil LLC reserves the right to modify them at any time, with changes posted here and effective immediately upon publication. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Booking and Contract Formation
A reservation becomes binding once payment is processed and confirmation emailed. The contract exists between you and See You in Brazil LLC, a U.S. entity operating under New Hampshire law. All travelers listed must meet entry requirements for Brazil, including valid passport and any visa or vaccination proof.
Pricing and Payment
Displayed prices are per person in U.S. dollars, based on double occupancy unless noted. They include specified services only. Taxes, resort fees, and gratuities appear separately at checkout. Full payment or deposit secures the rate; subsequent currency fluctuations do not adjust the final amount.
Traveler Responsibilities
You must provide accurate passport details at booking and notify us of changes promptly. Arriving without required documents may result in denied boarding with no refund. Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and evacuation is mandatory; proof is requested 30 days before departure.
Itinerary Variations
Minor adjustments to daily schedules may occur due to weather, local events, or supplier availability. Substitutions maintain equal or higher quality. Significant alterations, such as a hotel category drop, trigger partial refund or future credit at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
See You in Brazil LLC acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and local operators. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service failures. Responsibility caps at the tour price paid. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
Strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions beyond our control may suspend obligations without penalty. Affected bookings receive full credit for future travel valid 24 months, or refund minus non-recoverable costs.
Conduct and Compliance
Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or failure to follow guide instructions may lead to removal from the trip without refund. Local laws apply at all destinations; violations remain your sole responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Photographs, descriptions, and site design belong to See You in Brazil LLC. Personal use is permitted; commercial reproduction requires written consent.
Dispute Resolution
Any claim arises under New Hampshire law and must be filed in Rockingham County courts. Class actions are waived. Informal resolution through [email protected] is encouraged before legal steps.
Severability and Survival
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining terms stay in force. Obligations regarding liability limits and dispute venue survive trip completion.
